Participants will practice summarizing, argumentation, constructive criticism, disagreeing and finding consensus. Focus on prepared speaking, building alternative vocabulary, and speaking skills. Some preparation at home is required.

This online course combines different topics that are useful for your job. We will look at idioms and phrases most commonly used in the work environment, the language needed for meetings and presentations, the language of telephoning and emails in both formal and informal situations through role plays and practical writing exercises.
