Programme in English: Strong Back and Stretch

Our back plays a crucial role in the stability of our body and spine. Pain is often caused by poor posture, one-sided movements, and lack of exercise. In order to prevent this, the muscles that strengthen the back and improve posture are specifically targeted in the class. These exercises are complemented by mobilization and coordination exercises. The course concludes with an extensive stretching session.

This course takes place online using Zoom. An email with the access data will be automatically sent one day before the respective course day at around 6:00 a.m.
